A technology with high ink coverage and exceptional durability on any surface.
Screen printing is a technology for applying inks to a wide variety of materials. It is characterised by high ink coverage and durability, and its advantage lies in being far less demanding about the printed surface.
Screen printing can be used on very thick cardboard, wood, plastic, textile, metal and self-adhesive PVC film, as well as on finished items with irregular shapes. The technology is indispensable for decorating workwear, t-shirts and any other kind of textile.
Perfect for uneven, cylindrical and three-dimensional surfaces — it wraps the object up to 180° with a precise imprint.
Pad printing applies inks to materials of all kinds and sizes. Modern equipment delivers a good imprint quality in terms of resolution, allowing fine details to be reproduced.
The essence is applying ink to the plate, transferring the image onto the pad and placing it on the promotional item. The pad can “wrap” the object up to 180° and apply the image across the whole contact surface. Without doubt one of the best and most cost-effective branding technologies.
A luxury foil method — gold, silver, metallic — for covers, notebooks and presentation materials.
A printing method based on the relief (letterpress) principle. A plate of the element to be printed must be made; using foil, heat and pressure, the imprint is applied to paper, cardboard and leather.
The foil can be gold, silver, or various saturated metallic and fluorescent colours that cannot be achieved with offset inks. Embossing is a method similar to hot stamping that leaves a raised impression on the material — it can be combined with hot stamping for an exceptional effect.
The inks turn from solid to gas at 180–190°C and penetrate directly into the polyester — durable, vivid, with no compromises.
When heated to 180–190°C the polyester molecules “open” and the sublimation inks, in a gaseous state, penetrate the polyester. Once the high temperature is removed, the molecules “close” and the image remains forever.
The process is especially suited to branding promotional items with a white base, since sublimation has no white colour. It allows full-colour printing with photographic accuracy.
High-quality machine embroidery with silk, viscose or polyester threads — the hallmark of premium promotional textile.
Modern high-quality machine embroidery is widely used in the textile industry as well as for promotional items. Once a suitable computer program is prepared, quality threads are embroidered onto any textile base.
Best Brands has established itself as a leader in embroidering promotional textile — t-shirts, caps, jackets and hoodies. The method delivers a durable, presentable result, ideal for corporate clothing.
Laser engraving removes material from the surface — the result is practically indelible and permanent.
Engraving is achieved by laser-removing material from the surface of the item. The resulting mark is practically indelible. On transparent items (crystal, plexiglass) sub-surface 3D laser engraving is possible.
Best Brands has become a leader in engraving promotional souvenirs, gifts, crystals and industrial parts. Metal pens, lighters, keyrings, notebooks and much more are engraved successfully.
A heat-transfer process in which the image takes on a distinctive velvety, raised look on the textile.
The image is created in a graphics or text editor and printed mirrored onto flock paper. A heat-transfer press then transfers the image onto the surface of the item.
Around 15 flock-paper colours are available, giving a wide range of options. It is used mainly for promotional t-shirts and caps, providing a unique tactile effect.
Heat treatment up to 1000°C — the mineral paint melts and bonds to the item forever. Dishwasher-safe.
Transfer printing on mugs is a proven technology you can rely on for fine detail, high resolution and precise colour registration.
The key element is the heat treatment — up to 1000°C, at which the mineral paint melts and bonds to the item, so the mark stays forever. The items can be washed in a dishwasher without damaging the imprint. The drawback is that it is used only for glass and porcelain.
Full-colour direct printing on almost any surface — no colour limits, no plates, with photographic precision.
Digital printing enables full-colour printing on promotional materials and souvenirs — pens, lighters, keyrings, promotional porcelain, glass, wood, metal and much more.
Without doubt one of the best and most cost-effective technologies for branding your promotional souvenirs and gifts. Ideal for small runs with many colours and complex graphic elements.
